There’s something rotten in the state of Austria and the disastrous murmur and pungent stench that emanate from the country that once gave birth to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart most certainly has something to do with the rancid monstrosity the country has been pregnant of during the XXth century, giving birth to such atrocities as Adolf Hitler, nauseating twisted fuck Josef Fritzl and… the new disharmonic orchestra in town: VxPxOxAxAxWxAxMxC.
Formed in Linz in 2008 and having a fetish for gigging the more they can and most importantly wherever other Metal bands barely or even never did (Kirghistan, Kazakhstan, Albania, Monaco, Vatican…) ever since, VxPxOxAxAxWxAxMxC are the hate-filled musical incarnation of serial-killer “clown” John Wayne Gacy and they’re after the whole of humanity starting where it all starts first and foremost, the so-called “innocents” that would nevertheless and anyway transform into the worthless piece of putrid bowels we all are: babies.
Based on dark irony, violent cynicism and a supposedly “fun” approach that’s just there to showcase how stupid our supposed “culture” is (Euro-Dance, pop “culture”, mainstream movies…) and how hopeless our whole “civilization” is, the VxPxOxAxAxWxAxMxC way is all about forcing the listener to face that hideous part we all have deep inside: the perverted animal, the degenerate insane predator and the grotesque mass of bowels that thinks it’s an “individual”.
With songs about concentration camps, mass suicide, emetophilia, pedophilia and assorted horrors, mixing elements of Slamming Brutal Death Metal and Goregrind, topping this all with inhuman, FX-less, piglet vocals, VxPxOxAxAxWxAxMxC aren’t the kind of bands that will release an album a year, but when they finally release something, you can be sure it will be as hateful hate can be, as horrid atrocities can be, as brutal life is and as disgusting mankind is.
They are hate. Fuck you.
